This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this implementation guide.
These define constraints on FHIR resources for systems conforming to this implementation guide.
HL7® AT Core ValueSet Profile | HL7® Austria FHIR® Core Profile for valuesets in Austria. The HL7® AT Core ValueSet is based upon the core FHIR® ValueSet Resource and defines the use of the OID extension. |
These define constraints on FHIR data types for systems conforming to this implementation guide.
System OID | HL7® Austria FHIR® Core Extension for the capturing of OID in ValueSets to reference the CodeSystem they come from. The extension is used to document the OID of the system of a code referenced in a ValueSet, to align FHIR with the HL7 Austria CDA document guidelines. |
These define sets of codes used by systems conforming to this implementation guide.
APPC_Anatomie | Description: Value Set for all APPC-Codes for 4th Axis ‘Anatomy’ Beschreibung: Value Set aller Codes der 4. APPC-Achse ‘Anatomie’ |
These define new code systems used by systems conforming to this implementation guide.
APPC_Anatomie | Description: Code List / CodeSystem for all APPC-Codes for 4th Axis: Anatomy Beschreibung: Code Liste aller Codes der 4. APPC-Achse: Anatomie Versions-Beschreibung: Korrekturversion zu 1.0.10 |
These define transformations to convert between codes by systems conforming with this implementation guide.

SNOMED Orphanet Mapping | The SNOMED CT to Orphanet Map Release is the product of a joint project carried out under a collaboration agreement between Institut national de la sante et de la recherche medicale (INSERM) and SNOMED International. The first release, in October 2021, was based on an agreed priority set, with new concepts for rare diseases, as defined in Orphanet, added to SNOMED CT. Under the terms of the Collaboration agreement between SNOMED International and INSERM, the Map will be issued annually by both SNOMED International in RF2 format and INSERM in spreadsheet format. |
